Job Description Manage and oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects from pre-construction to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, to ensure project objectives are met.
Monitor project progress and implement solutions to address any issues or delays. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies. Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and clients.
Lead and mentor a team of project staff to achieve project goals effectively. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings. The Successful Applicant The successful Senior Project Manager should have: Proven expertise in managing multifamily construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods. Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in project management software and tools. What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $165,000 annually.
