Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Sr. Product Manager, ERP to lead the strategy, roadmap, and optimization of URUSâ global ERP ecosystem, with a primary focus on JD Edwards (JDE) EnterpriseOne. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring the ERP platform and connected operational systems deliver maximum value across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and enterprise operations.
Stakeholder Engagement & Strategy Alignment Engage with global leaders across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Operations, and regional leadership to understand goals, pain points, and strategic priorities. Translate business and enterprise strategies into a measurable ERP product roadmap and prioritized backlog. Facilitate ongoing communication with functional and global stakeholders to align expectations, scope, and value realization.
Serve as a trusted advisor to business process owners on standardization opportunities, tradeâoffs, and bestâpractice adoption. Product Management Own the product backlog and delivery portfolio for JDEdwards and key ERPâadjacent capabilities (e.g., reporting enablement, workflow/orchestration, integration enhancements). Prioritize enhancements and initiatives based on business value, compliance needs, and platform sustainability.
Use an AIâfirst approach to identify opportunities for automation, agentic AI, intelligent workflows, and enhanced employee and manager selfâservice. Serve as the primary decisionâmaker for ERP system tradeâoffs, balancing strategic priorities with technical feasibility. Governance, Risk Management & Platform Alignment Govern configuration standards, system controls, and data quality across modules and regions.
Manage system documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles, and training materials. Evaluate change requests and enhancement proposals to maintain platform stability and avoid fragmentation or duplication. Change Management & Organizational Readiness Lead release planning, readiness, testing coordination, and deployment activities for ERP changes and connected integrations.
Communicate upcoming changes, feature impacts, and adoption requirements to business and global users in clear, actionable terms. Ensure enhancements and releases include complete documentation, training, and enablement support. Oversee UAT, cutover/goâlive preparation, and hypercare planning to ensure smooth adoption.
Configuration, Integrations & Data Management Oversee ERP configuration across functional domains and regions, ensuring alignment with global standards and business process design. Partner with integration teams to manage data flows between ERP and downstream/upstream systems (e.g., CRM, EPM, HRIS, data platform, eâinvoicing/EDI, banking/payment services). Champion master data governance (e.g., chart of accounts, item master, address book/customer/supplier master, pricing structures) to support reliable operations and analytics.
Ensure ERP data is structured and accessible for enterprise reporting, planning, forecasting, and operational insight. CrossâFunctional Partnership & Demand Management Serve as the intake point for ERPârelated requests, enhancements, and escalations across the enterprise. Collaborate with process owners and SMEs to define scalable, sustainable solutions that align with enterprise architecture and operational realities.
Set clear expectations for scope, prioritization, sequencing, and definition of done. Ensure ERP roadmap alignment with broader Enterprise Applications strategy, standard methods, and governance practices. Team Leadership & Collaboration Mentor and collaborate with Sr.
Application Analysts and crossâfunctional delivery teams. Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous learning. Guide the team in translating business requirements into sustainable system capabilities.
Promote consistent and bestâpractice standards for configuration, documentation, and system change practices. Required Qualifications Bachelorâs degree in information systems, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field; advanced degree or product management certification preferred. 8+ years of progressive experience in ERP product ownership, enterprise applications, or processâled technology leadership. Deep experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, including functional configuration, process design, master data, controls, reporting enablement, and integrations.
Strong understanding of core ERP process areas such as RecordâtoâReport (Finance), ProcureâtoâPay (Supply Chain/AP), OrderâtoâCash (Sales/AR), and inventory/operational execution. Proven ability to define product strategy and translate business needs into actionable roadmaps and prioritized backlogs. Demonstrated experience managing releases, upgrades, crossâfunctional change management, and stakeholder communications in complex environments.
Experience working in global and matrixed organizations with multiâregion requirements, audit considerations, and complex operational realities. Strong analytical, decisionâmaking, and problemâsolving capabilities with high attention to data integrity and process discipline. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills; able to influence without authority.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and upâtoâdate product management practices is an asset. Preferred: Handsâon experience applying AI/ML capabilities (e.g., copilots, agentic workflows, intelligent automation) to reduce manual work and improve operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
