Sr Manager, Sales Development Manager Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Inbound Sales Development team at Sage Intacct. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coaching Inbound Sales Development Managers, supporting their SDRs, and driving the execution of inbound sales initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of BANT and MEDDICC frameworks, proficiency in crafting impactful statements, an understanding of the inbound workflow, and a commitment to data‑driven decision‑making.
This is a hybrid role: 3 days per week onsite Key Responsibilities Coach and mentor Inbound Managers to effectively lead and develop their SDR teams in prospecting and qualifying leads. Ensure the implementation and reinforcement of sales methodologies such as BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) and MEDDICC (Metrics, Economic Buyer, Decision Criteria, Decision Process, Identify Pain, Champion, Competition) across the inbound sales teams. Analyze sales data, marketing analytics, and SDR KPIs to identify trends, assess performance, and make data‑driven decisions in collaboration with Inbound Managers to achieve goals.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize lead generation, qualification, and handoff processes. Develop and maintain strong relationships with Inbound Managers, providing coaching, training, and feedback to improve their leadership skills and enhance team performance. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred. 5+ years of experience in sales development or sales leadership roles, preferably in the software or technology industry.
Proven track record of driving sales initiatives and achieving sales targets. Experience leveraging sales tools and technology to optimize sales processes. Excellent coaching and mentoring skills with a focus on developing high‑performing teams.
