Sr. Manager, Project Manager- GPN

General Responsibilities

• Review program/project scope to ensure alignment with Network Product & Platforms’ goals and strategic objectives.
• Manage program/project framework and governance controls to ensure all approvals are collected and documented, and risks are captured and mitigated.
• Ensure program framework processes are followed.

Program and Project Delivery

• Prioritize and align key program milestones with program workstream stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross‑functional platform teams to ensure programs/projects are completed in a timely manner.
• Monitor progression of key milestones in the program.
• Synthesize data from various sources to demonstrate the value of the program/project.
• Moderate dependency issues and program risks with stakeholders across platform areas.

Collaboration, Compliance, Risk, and Reporting

• Build cross‑functional relationships with key stakeholders, facilitate open collaboration, ensure all deliverables meet regulatory and organizational standards, and communicate decisions and updates across teams.
• Escalate to senior leadership program risks or issues affecting major timeline, cost, or scope impacts.
• Develop and maintain program/project progress reports for executive leadership, supporting transparency and informed decision‑making.
• Safeguard that all relevant documents and decisions are saved and accessible for audit and review.
• Implement change management processes for all programs and maintain enterprise and department‑level controls.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 8 years of Project Management experience.
• At least 1 year of People Management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s or MBA degree.
• 10+ years of Project Management experience.
• 3+ years of People Management experience.
• PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification.
