Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition leader to head high-volume and specialized hiring roles for a scaling business in Brazil. This is a high-impact role responsible for building and executing recruiting strategy across multiple hiring funnels — from high-volume roles to niche, hard-to-fill specialized positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale a Talent Acquisition team, setting strategy, processes, and performance standards across the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Design and optimize recruiting workflows: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
- Build data-driven recruiting dashboards and SLAs; report on funnel health, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire to senior leadership
- Partner closely with HRBPs, business leaders, and hiring managers to understand headcount plans and translate them into executable hiring roadmaps
- Manage external vendor relationships (agencies, job boards, etc) and negotiate terms to optimize cost and throughput
- Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor regulations throughout the hiring process
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, with strong exposure to full-cycle recruiting (sourcing through offer)
- 4+ years of direct team leadership experience, managing recruiters/TA specialists
- Proven track record of leading high-volume hiring in fast-paced, high-growth environments and specialized roles
- Fluent English (written and verbal) — you will collaborate with global stakeholders and regional leadership
- Deep knowledge of the Brazilian talent market, sourcing channels, and local labor practices
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable building reports, tracking KPIs, and making data-informed decisions
- Experience implementing or optimizing ATS systems and recruiting tech stacks
- Hands-on mentality — willing to roll up sleeves when needed, not purely strategic
