Sr Manager/Manager -R and D

Provide technical support to the New Materials Business Group, with a focus on paints, coatings, and composite materials used in construction, automotive, and railway applications. Ensure alignment with industry and railway standards including RDSO , ICF , RCF , MCF , CLW , and Vande Bharat specifications. Collaborate closely with R&D and production teams to support product development, scale-up activities, and successful implementation of projects.

Plan, design, and execute laboratory experiments and trials related to assigned projects, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, timelines, and quality standards. Provide technical guidance and training to chemists and laboratory personnel to enhance project delivery, formulation development, and application expertise. Prepare and present technical reports, project updates, and documentation to facilitate effective communication with internal stakeholders and external clients.

Mentor and develop junior chemists and quality control team members , enabling them to improve their experimental approach, analytical skills, and overall technical competency.
