Job Description – Senior Guidewire Developer

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Guidewire Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade insurance solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Guidewire implementations, a solid understanding of the Guidewire ecosystem, and the ability to independently own end-to-end delivery while collaborating effectively with global teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and enhance solutions within Guidewire XCenters (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter)
• Work closely with onshore teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
• Participate in architecture discussions and provide technical recommendations
• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned components with minimal supervision
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Ensure adherence to Guidewire best practices, coding standards, and performance considerations
• Actively contribute to team collaboration across geographies (onshore/offshore model)

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Guidewire implementations
• Strong hands-on expertise in PolicyCenter.
• Good to have experience in
• BillingCenter
• ClaimCenter
• Proficiency in GOSU, Guidewire data model, and integration patterns
• Experience working in distributed/onshore-offshore delivery models
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (client-facing readiness is critical)
