What you will do Lead End-to-End Planning: Take ownership of the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasts, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment with WCLC’s strategic vision and timely, accurate financial projections. Deliver Actionable Insights: Develop and maintain comprehensive profitability reports, leveraging your expertise to provide senior leadership with critical metrics that drive informed business decisions. Champion Financial Analysis: Prepare monthly reviews, uncovering performance trends and translating data into clear, strategic recommendations.
Ensure Fiscal Accountability: Oversee budget confirmation during procurement and project approvals, upholding compliance with financial policies and standards. Automate and Innovate: Transform data workflows using advanced Excel tools, improving efficiency and accuracy across the team. Visualize Complex Data: Design impactful dashboards and visualization tools with PivotTables, Power Pivot, and conditional formatting, making financial information accessible and actionable.
Advanced Analysis: Apply advanced Excel functions (XLOOKUP, AGGREGATE, FORECAST) for robust and insightful analyses that support strategic initiatives. Drive Special Projects: Support ad-hoc analyses and strategic projects through sensitivity and trend assessments, adding value to business planning. Be a True Business Partner: Collaborate with departments to analyze business cases and produce key metrics that support critical decisions and future growth.
Your Background Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. 4+ years of proven experience in FP&A or financial analysis roles. Advanced mastery of Excel functions, formulas, and automation tools (Power Query, VBA). Hands‑on experience with BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau for enhanced reporting and analytics.
