JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior Financial Analyst position provides direct support to the Global Customer Service team, specifically direct financial support for North America, IMEA and any strategic initiatives, as well as consolidation of Global financials. This involves serving as a key financial advisor and business partner to senior leaders and helping drive efficiency within the organization. This role reports up directly through the Global Supply Chain Finance organization, which is aligned operationally with customer service.
What You Will Do:
Directly support the Directors of Customer Service North America and IMEA and their direct reports with ad hoc projectsSupport strategic customer adoption of Global Digital solutions by developing financial models, tracking, and reporting results to the divisions on monthly basisDevelop the monthly forecast and annual plan for NA and IMEA Customer ServiceConsolidate global customer service financials, working with global customer service finance lead to understand key driversDevelop and present the global monthly reporting package to senior leadershipCalculate and submit month-end accruals and journal entries, including charge outsLead the annual restatements processSupport project analysis by developing financial models, including cost / benefit analysis of digital investments and CapexAdditional operational analysis supporting VP of Global Supply Chain PMO and Customer Service as neededAdditional project work of the SVP of Global Supply Chain Finance as neededMinimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field5 years of finance experience in FP&A, budgeting preferably in multinational companies with exposure to Senior ManagementExperience using an enterprise performance management (EPM) systemNo immigration sponsorship available for this positionPreferred Qualifications:
