Sr. Engineer - Dimensional engineering

Company: Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Detail design review and building correct system interphase-To define correct datum and locating strategy (3-2-1) for all BIW and trims parts-GD&T drawing release with functional dimensional scheme. -Tolerance stack calculations for all critical interphases of BIW and trim components. knowledge of 3DCS and vis vsa.-Review of Measurement system in line with GDT-Review of fixturing scheme in line with GDT. Should be able to review welding fixture, checking fixture as per GDT-Frequent travel to suppliers and should be able work independently in Body shop and in TCFExperience 5-7 YearsIndustry Preferred Automotive IndustryQualifications BE MechanicalGeneral Requirements Should know Stackup analysis, 3DCS, Vis-VSA, root cause analysis in plant.- Candidate must have good communication skills. - Should be able to work with CFT in plant and with suppliers to resolve on going build issues. - Frequent travel to suppliers and should be able work independently in Body shop and in TCFOur commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion At Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, we believe that diversity drives innovation, and inclusion is at the heart of everything we do.
