Sr Data Engineer

What You'll Be Doing As a Senior Data Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing and delivering modern data infrastructure and pipelines. You’ll work closely with engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure data is accessible, reliable, and actionable. Your day-to-day will include: Designing and building scalable data lakes and cloud-based data warehouse solutions Developing robust ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest and transform large datasets Working with complex datasets to support analytics and operational use cases Building and maintaining APIs and backend data services Contributing to architectural decisions and platform design Collaborating in agile development environments (stand-ups, sprint planning, etc.) Troubleshooting, testing, and optimizing data workflows and pipelines Evaluating and implementing new tools and technologies What We're Looking For We\'re looking for someone who is both technically strong and adaptable—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys tackling meaningful challenges.

Key Requirements: 5+ years of experience in data engineering or data management Strong programming skills in Python and SQL (JavaScript is a plus) Hands-on experience building pipelines and data workflows Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS (e.g., S3, Lambda) Familiarity with modern data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift) Experience working with ETL tools (e.g., Talend or similar) Strong understanding of data modeling, APIs, and backend systems Nice to Have: Experience working with regulated or complex datasets (e.g., healthcare, finance, etc.) Exposure to CI/CD practices in data environments Experience reviewing code and mentoring other engineers What Sets You Apart You're comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities You take ownership and can work independently when needed You're collaborative and communicate well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders You're motivated by building solutions that make a tangible impact What's on Offer Salary: $115K - $135K Opportunity to influence architecture and engineering direction A collaborative, mission-driven team environment Strong potential for growth as the company scales Interested?
