Skill: Sr Coordinator/ Manager/Assistant Manager Experience: 6 - 10 Years Location: Mumbai Work Mode: Work From office Key Focus Expertise in leveraging BIM technology to deliver project excellence. Proven success in developing BIM standards, leading model coordination efforts, and guiding high-performing teams. Adept at managing cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and driving innovative solutions. Experience in using Collaboration platforms like BIM 360, ACC, Procore, Aconex. Experience in Developing LOD400 And 500 model of Data center and High-rise building. Clash detection and resolution. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement BIM execution plans, standards & protocols Manage BIM-related project risks and issues Develop and maintain data management systems and workflows Create and manage 3D models, 2D drawings, and data sheets Develop and implement quality control processes for BIM models Ensured timely delivery of BIM models and data to project stakeholders Identify and address quality issues and discrepancies Implement corrective actions to improve BIM model quality Meet client expectations and concerns related to BIM implementation Review the LOD 300/350 model received from Client and develop the Shop drawings Behavioural Competencies Time Management Deadline Orientation Team Excellence Communication & Coordination Attention to detail Functional Competencies Exp. In Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 Create 3D models and 2D Designs Exp. in LOD400 and 500 model of Data Center (good to have) Qualifications, Role Specific Knowledge, and Experience Any graduate, BE/B.tech., Diploma in Electrical Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM, Revit, and AutoCAD. Clash detection and resolution.
Software skills required in Autodesk Revit MEP or Electric (Must), Navisworks, AutoCAD Knowledge of Data center, Autodesk build, Collaboration Pro (Good to have) Good communication skills
