We're seeking a **Senior Consultant, Organizational Development** to design and deliver impactful leadership and employee development programs that empower our teams to excel. In this hands-on role, you'll apply your expertise in adult learning theory and organizational development to drive meaningful results. Collaborating closely with HR partners and operational leaders, you'll play a key role in building a strong, mission-driven culture where every team member can thrive and contribute to our life-saving work.**Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 annually****This hybrid role is based at our National Headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ, with a schedule of three in-office days per week and two remote work-from-home days.** As a **Sr. Consultant, Organizational Development**, you'll get to:* Design, manage, and deliver leadership development programs, collaborating with HR and operational leaders to ensure effectiveness.* Blend e-learning and in-person strategies to create engaging, impactful learning experiences tailored to diverse learning styles.* Conduct needs analyses to identify skill gaps, recommend program improvements, and incorporate best practices in adult learning.* Develop and track key metrics to measure program effectiveness and support cultural adoption across the organization.* Consult with leaders to address business challenges, aligning solutions with organizational goals and strategies.* Provide expert one-on-one, team, and leadership coaching to enhance decision-making, optimize performance, and drive results.* Foster a coaching culture by teaching coaching skills and integrating coaching approaches into leadership development initiatives.This role plays a critical part in building a thriving, mission-aligned culture that empowers leaders and employees to deliver on Vitalant's life-saving mission.**Requirements:****Knowledge/ Education*** Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.* Master's Degree, preferred.* Extensive knowledge of instructional design methodology, required.**Licenses/ Certifications** 2 related certifications, required. May include: Presenter/Facilitator/Coaching professional third-party certification (e.g., ATD CPLP, Achieve Global, Langevin, DDI, Hogan, Korn Ferry, ICF, etc.)**Experience*** 8 years of professional corporate training experience, required. To include: + Leadership/Supervisory training and coaching + Group coaching + Multi-site environment + Applying instructional design methodology + Providing HR/OD data science, dashboard reporting and analytics**Skills/Abilities*** Must possess the skills and abilities to successfully perform all assigned duties and responsibilities.* Must be able to maintain confidentiality.* Comfortable coaching at the executive and leadership levels.* Deep expertise and wisdom, and a curious beginner's mindset.* Exceptional interpersonal savvy and the ability to make and grow meaningful connections with employees. Proactively creates positive and productive work environments.* Ability to understand big pictures, interdependencies, and how to connect the dots and move beyond the obvious.* Responsive, proactive, and oriented toward service and broader business needs.
