Sr-Backend-Developer

Title: Sr-Backend-Developer Location: Mumbai Work Mode: Work From Office Years of Exp: 8+ Years Job Description- We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Backend Developer to build and maintain scalable backend systems for modern enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Microservices architecture, REST APIs, containerization, and cloud-native technologies. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services.

Develop secure, resilient, and high-performance backend applications. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Build and enhance REST APIs with focus on scalability and availability.

Contribute to architecture discussions, code reviews, and performance optimization initiatives. Participate in Agile development processes and iterative feature delivery. Identify system bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies.

Required Skills: 8+ years of backend development experience. Strong proficiency in Java. Deep expertise in: Microservices Architecture Docker Kubernetes REST API Development Experience with CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration.

Strong understanding of performance tuning and scalable system design. Good to Have: Experience with: Quarkus Kafka Solace Redis Aerospike Familiarity with ELK Stack for monitoring and logging. Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Knowledge of Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD). Experience with OpenShift or BFSI domain projects is an added advantage. Ideal Candidate Profile: Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Passion for scalable product engineering and backend systems. Comfortable working in fast-paced Agile environments.

Collaborative team player with continuous learning attitude. Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Technology (B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech) – Mandatory MCA with B.Sc. background may be considered. Candidates with B.Com, BCA, BA, or MA backgrounds will not be considered
