Serve as the subject matter expert for the division’s Marketing Optimization platform. Collect data from multiple sources and combine it into a cohesive product with a high degree of accuracy and quality. Collaborate with vendor partners and senior insights leaders to develop models and scenarios for smarter marketing investments.
Drive Strategic Insight by integrating performance data with other sources to deliver holistic, actionable insights. Leverage platform capabilities to forecast optimal marketing investment levels. Model scenarios to drive strategic conversations and guide activation.
Translate data into compelling stories for a non-technical audience. Develop innovative methods to integrate data sources for comprehensive marketing performance analysis. Who You Will Work With Vendor partners Senior insights leaders Cross-functional marketing and analytics teams What You Will Bring To The Table Bachelor’s degree. 4+ years of experience in analytics, insights, or marketing performance.
A graduate degree in a related field (e.g., Analytics) may count for additional experience. Experience with one or more of the following: Media Measurement (especially Market Mix Modeling), Media Planning or Execution (in‑house or agency), working on a Business or Advanced Analytics Team. Advanced Data Transformation skills (Power Query or a similar platform).
Proficiency in Power BI (or similar platforms). Ability to manipulate data from disparate sources and in different formats. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills. It would be great if you have Experience with CPG syndicated data (e.g., Circana or Nielsen). Experience working in a media agency or market research provider.
Experience with SQL. Compensation And Benefits The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $90,600 and $130,300. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.
Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401(k) and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
