SQL Developer (Phoenix)

We are looking for a skilled SQL Developer with strong experience in database development, query optimization, and performance tuning. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and supporting enterprise-level applications with high data volume and performance requirements. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views Work extensively on database development using SQL Server / Oracle / PostgreSQL Optimize SQL queries and improve database performance for large-scale applications Develop ETL processes for data migration, transformation, and integration Perform database troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution Ensure data integrity, security, and database consistency Collaborate with application teams, business analysts, and DBAs for requirement gathering and solution design Support production deployments, release management, and post-production validation Create and maintain technical documentation for database design and development processes Monitor database health and recommend performance improvements Required Skills Strong experience in SQL Development with expertise in writing complex queries Hands-on experience with Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Views, Indexing, and Performance Tuning Strong knowledge of SQL Server / Oracle / PL/SQL / PostgreSQL Experience in query optimization and database performance improvement Understanding of ETL processes and data integration workflows Experience with SSIS / Informatica / DataStage is a plus Strong understanding of database security, backup, recovery, and high availability concepts Good problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience working in enterprise-level applications Exposure to reporting systems and data warehousing projects Experience with cloud databases is a plus Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines preferred Education Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Nice to Have Experience with .NET integration Experience with Azure SQL / AWS RDS Production support experience Basic knowledge of scripting (PowerShell / Shell / Python)
