Job Summary We are looking for an experienced SQL Developer (7–10 years) with strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server . This role is critical in designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise data solutions, ensuring data reliability, performance, and scalability across systems. Key Responsibilities Core SQL Engineering Develop and maintain high-performance stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers Build scalable and reusable SQL components Ensure robust database design for performance and maintainability Database Performance Engineering Perform query optimization, indexing, and execution plan analysis Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks Continuously tune database systems for efficiency Replication & Data Synchronization Manage SQL Server Replication (Transactional, Merge, Snapshot) Ensure high availability and data consistency across systems Troubleshoot replication issues and latency Data Pipeline Engineering (ETL/ELT) Design and develop scalable data pipelines Integrate multiple data sources into centralized platforms Optimize pipelines for performance and reliability Data Warehousing & Architecture Design and maintain data warehouse structures (Star/Snowflake schemas) Contribute to scalable data architecture and integration frameworks Structure data for reporting and analytics use cases Automation & Reliability Automate database monitoring and maintenance Implement logging, alerting, and issue detection mechanisms Ensure backup, recovery, and high availability Collaboration & Delivery Work with Data Engineering, BI, and Application teams Translate business requirements into technical solutions Ensure timely and high-quality delivery Required Technical Skills Microsoft SQL Server (MS SQL) expertise Stored procedures, functions, views, triggers Query optimization, indexing, performance tuning SQL Server Replication (Transactional, Merge, Snapshot) Data pipelines (ETL/ELT) Data warehousing & modeling (Star/Snowflake) SSIS or equivalent ETL tools Exposure to Azure/AWS (preferred) Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving ability High attention to detail (data accuracy & quality) Strong communication and stakeholder management Ownership mindset and accountability Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering (mandatory) Master’s degree (MCA / M.Tech) – preferred Relevant certifications (SQL Server / Data Engineering / Cloud) – added advantage Why Join Us?
