Job Summary: Under the direction of the Executive Director of Special Education Services, responsible for helping reduce or eliminate speech and language delays that interfere with the individual student's ability to derive full benefit from the district's educational program. Specific responsibilities for this position are as described on the attached job descriptions. Salary Range: $75,242 - $149,387 per the 2025-2026 Snohomish Education Association Total Compensation Salary Schedule (anticipated increase for the 2026-27 school year).

Placement on the salary schedule is determined by official documentation verifying educational level and work experience. Salary will be prorated for less than a full-year and/or part-time employees. Contract: 180-days, includes 12 sick and 3 personal days per year (prorated for less than a full year school year) FLSA Status: Exempt Certification/License: Valid WA State ESA Certification as required for position.

Education: Bachelors from an accredited college or university in education discipline applicable to teaching/educational staff associate assignment. Generally, you are eligible for SEBB benefits if you are anticipated to work at least 630 hours per school year (September 1 through August 31).
