Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Speech Language Pathologist role based in Bengaluru. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in children, using standardized tools and observation to inform individualized treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include providing evidence-based speech therapy sessions, monitoring progress, updating goals, and documenting clinical notes in a clear and timely manner.

The role involves close collaboration with other professionals and families to ensure coordinated, family-centered care, including caregiver training and home program support. The Speech Language Pathologist will also participate in multidisciplinary meetings, contribute to clinical discussions, and engage in ongoing professional development to maintain high standards of practice.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in Speech Therapy, including assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for pediatric populations.
• Strong understanding of Speech and Communication Disorders, with the ability to design individualized and functional therapy goals.
• Clinical experience working with Language Disorders, including expressive and receptive language difficulties.
• Knowledge and practical skills in managing Dysphagia and related feeding and swallowing concerns in children.
• Recognized degree or certification in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution, with relevant professional licensure or registration as applicable.
• Experience in early intervention or pediatric therapy settings, preferably within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with families, caregivers, and cross-functional clinical teams.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation, uphold ethical standards, and engage in continuous learning and evidence-based practice.
