Qualifications

  • Ability to provide effective Spanish Teaching and Tutoring that supports learners at varying levels.
  • Strong Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development skills aligned with program standards and learner needs.
  • Demonstrated Teaching experience using engaging, student-centered methods in classroom or small-group settings.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Spanish;
    ability to use English clearly for explanations and communication.
  • Strong classroom management, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with students, families, and colleagues.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Spanish, Education, Linguistics, or a related field preferred;
    teaching credential or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Prior experience teaching or tutoring Spanish in school, community, or enrichment programs is highly beneficial.
