Job Description

Mission The TPC team (Traffic Performance Center), attached to the Supply & Procurement department, plays a transversal and central role of coordination between the different stakeholders of the maritime chain. A true operational pivot, it ensures the alignment between commercial teams, operational teams, and shipping companies, in a context of strong growth in volumes and multi-entity operations. Its mission is to maximize the use of maritime capacities and contracts, while ensuring the global balance of the network, profitability, and the fluidity of operations.

Beyond operational optimization, the team plays an essential role of coordination and diplomacy between multiple stakeholders, requiring a strong ability to navigate between sometimes divergent priorities and to build aligned and sustainable solutions. Areas of Action1. Management of Allocations (40%) Participate in the allocation of volumes on maritime contracts.

Monitor bookings vs available capacities. Help adjust allocations according to: commercial priorities, operational constraints, space opportunities. Contribute to the optimization of contract filling. 2.

Booking Center & Operational Execution (20%) Launch bookings in accordance with defined allocations. Ensure the follow-up of bookings (confirmation, evolution, layover). Update the internal platform during layovers or modifications.

Be the interface between: agents / shipping companies, internal operations teams. Ensure the good execution of allocation decisions. 3. Operational Monitoring & Coordination (20%) Monitor the differences between forecasts and bookings.

Alert in case of over/under-utilization of capacities. Work closely with Sales, Ops, and TPC teams. Contribute to the fluidity of operations and the resolution of blockages. 4.

Support for Post-Merger Harmonization (10%) Contribute to the consolidation of data (volumes, contracts). Apply the common allocation rules of the group. Participate in the improvement of processes between entities. 5.

Pricing & Data (10%) Master the price management tool and its update to facilitate the use of contracts Participate in the monitoring of KPIs (filling, contract performance). Help identify areas for improvement of tools. Profile Sought 0โ€“2 years of experience (internship/apprenticeship included) in logistics / supply chain.

Good mastery of Excel / data analysis. Rigor, organization, and analytical mind. Reactivity and ability to manage several tasks in parallel.
