Hydroh is a fast-growing health and wellness company focused on redefining the supplement industry with molecular hydrogen. Currently focused on hydration, hydrogen water, electrolytes, and more.

The Opportunity:

Own Hydroh's strategic sourcing and procurement function, end-to-end.

You will be responsible for our supply partners, and continuously identifying opportunities to improve terms, reduce costs, shorten lead times, build infrastructure, and reduce supply risk.

This is a highly autonomous role. Demonstrate exceptional performance across these areas, and there is a clear path to grow into a Director or Head of Procurement / Supply Chain position as the company scales.

What You'll Own:

Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Development

• Build and continuously improve Hydroh's supplier network across raw materials, packaging, manufacturers, co-packers, 3PLs, and other key vendors.
• Lead sourcing initiatives, RFQs/RFPs, supplier qualification, and alternative sourcing strategies to improve cost, quality, lead times, and supply reliability.

Supplier Negotiations & Commercial Terms

• Own commercial negotiations across pricing, payment terms, deposits, MOQs, lead times, capacity, and long-term agreements.
• Continuously benchmark and challenge existing suppliers to ensure Hydroh is receiving competitive economics and terms.

Cost Reduction & Procurement Improvement

• Build and execute a pipeline of cost-saving initiatives across product COGS, manufacturing, packaging, co-packing, freight, fulfillment, and 3PL services.
• Improve purchasing economics beyond price alone, including payment terms, working capital, production flexibility, and lead times.

Supplier Performance & Risk

• Hold suppliers accountable across quality, delivery, responsiveness, lead times, and commercial performance.
• Identify supply risks early and build contingency plans, secondary sources, and solutions before they become operational problems.

Lead-Time & Operational Improvement

• Find and eliminate bottlenecks across manufacturing, co-packing, materials, packaging, and logistics.
• Work creatively with suppliers and Operations to continuously improve speed, flexibility, and supply reliability.

New Product Development

• Own the sourcing and supplier side of new product launches alongside Product Development.
• Source and evaluate manufacturers, ingredients, packaging, and other partners across cost, capabilities, MOQs, capacity, lead times, and scalability.

Ideal Candidate:

• 4-5+ years of relevant sourcing, procurement, supply-chain, or supplier-management experience preferred.
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience within consumer packaged goods, supplements, functional beverages, food and beverage, health and wellness, nutraceuticals, or e-commerce is highly preferred.
