Solutions Engineer Brooklyn, NY (On-site 4 days/week) The Opportunity Our client is a pioneering AI company that is digitizing the world’s wireless infrastructure. Born out of the Cornell Tech/Runway program, they have developed a first-of-its-kind "Digital Twin" and AI Agentic platform that automates the design, simulation, and monitoring of complex networks (5G, WiFi, and IoT). As a Solutions Engineer, you will be the technical face of the company.
You aren't just selling a product; you are helping enterprise customers and network providers solve the physical-layer challenges of the future. The Role This is a high-impact, hybrid role combining deep technical expertise in wireless networking with the interpersonal skills of a consultant. You will own the entire technical customer journey, from the first discovery call and complex product demos to successful onboarding and long-term technical success.
Key Responsibilities Customer Journey Ownership: Lead the technical sale from discovery and demo through to trial, deployment, and post-sales success. Technical Design & Optimization: Use the platform to design and optimize high-performance cellular networks (LTE/5G/CBRS) and WiFi solutions for enterprise clients. Problem Solving: Troubleshoot real-world network issues and interpret KPIs/telemetry to ensure the platform delivers maximum value.
Strategic Collaboration: Act as the feedback loop between customers and the engineering team to influence the product roadmap. What You’ll Bring Experience: 6–12 years in wireless/telecom/network software, with a significant portion in a customer-facing role (Solutions/Sales Engineering). Technical Depth: A degree in Engineering and a proven track record with cellular networks (DAS, CBRS, 5G), WiFi, and fixed wireless technologies.Startup DNA: Experience in small-company environments where you are comfortable wearing multiple hats and moving quickly.
Soft Skills: A genuine enjoyments for solving customer problems, high patience, and the ability to build long-term relationships with technical stakeholders.
