Solutions Analyst

PURPOSE OF ROLE: As Solutions Analyst,Procureto Pay (PTP), you will work closely with business and IT leaders to define,developand implement solutions for the inboundlogistics, global trade, and inventory management aspects of our global SAP implementation. This area includes critical touchpoints to the consumers and vendors by way of procurement, inbound shipments, inventory receipts andsubsequentmovements, supplier collaboration,importsand exports associated with global trade, and ownership of master data functionality. This position will also have a heavy emphasis on supporting the international growth of the brand by providing inboundlogisticsmanagement, supplier network collaboration, and global trade system support to our global teams in theAmericas,APAC, andEMEA regions. AsSolutionAnalyst, you will spend most of your focusleadingthe execution of smaller system enhancements orparticipatingin larger strategic projects. You will alsoassistour first level application support team in resolutions of issues that require your elevatedexpertise. YOUR IMPACT (Job Responsibilities): Identifyand propose improvements using knowledge of SAP capabilities, industry knowledge, and UnderArmourbusiness processes Interpret business requirements and communicate possible technical solutions to non-technical audiences Take primary role in implementing minor system enhancements in area of responsibility to improve system efficiency or reduce errors Provide supporting role in larger, cross functional projects Leverage knowledge of solutions and business processes toassistlevel 1 / 2 support teams as needed Build relationships with the functional counterpart in the direct area of support to improve collaboration and communication Provide guidance andassistancefor consultants, otherITor functional teammates within area of technical responsibility Support all applications areas within the PTP landscape including SAP FMS, SAP supplier network collaboration, and SAP global trade solutions QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree with typically 2 years of related experience or masters degree without experience or typically 6 years of relevant experience without degree. Excellent problem-solving skills able toidentify, analyze and propose solutions to various consumer, technical and business issues Exceptional team player with excellent interpersonal skills Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts in business terms Must be able todemonstrateability in the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP MM/ SAP PTP functionality Possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and committed to meeting deadlines? Must be a self-starter, proactive, andpossessthe ability to work with minimal supervision Strong consumer-centric focus with proven customer service or client management experience WORKPLACE LOCATION: Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our office. Work Schedule : This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 4 days in-office per week.
