Objective Pro Solutions is partnering with a growing Adelaide-based legal practice to recruit an experienced Solicitor to join their collaborative and progressive team.

\n

This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with at least 6 years' post-admission experience (PAE)who enjoys working across a diverse range of legal matters, building trusted client relationships, and making a genuine impact. You'll work closely with business owners, entrepreneurs and individuals, providing practical legal advice while contributing to the continued growth of a modern and client-focused practice.

The Opportunity\n

As a Solicitor, you will manage your own files while working collaboratively with the wider team across a diverse client base. This role offers genuine variety, autonomy and the opportunity to develop your expertise across commercial law, intellectual property, wills and estates, and litigation within a supportive and flexible environment.

Key Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide strategic legal advice across commercial law matters, including business structuring, commercial contracts, governance and regulatory compliance.
\n
• Advise clients on intellectual property matters, including trade marks, copyright, licensing agreements and IP protection strategies.
\n
• Prepare wills, powers of attorney and estate planning documents, providing practical and compassionate advice tailored to individual client needs.
\n
• Assist clients with litigation matters across the firm's areas of practice, including preparing legal documentation and supporting dispute resolution processes.
\n
• Manage your own portfolio of files from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and clients receive exceptional service.
\n
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing commercially focused, practical and timely legal advice.
\n
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex legal matters while contributing to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the practice.

About You\n

\n
• Minimum 2 years' post-admission experience across Commercial Law, Intellectual Property and/or Wills & Estates.
\n
• Strong technical legal knowledge with excellent drafting and analytical skills.
\n
• Ability to build trusted client relationships with professionalism, integrity and commercial awareness.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• Strong understanding of and experience using AI technology to improve legal practice and efficiency.
\n
• A proactive mindset with a genuine passion for continuous learning, innovation and professional development.
\n
• The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
\n
