Employment Type - Permanent, Full Time Position - Channel Sales - Engineer Experience - 4 - 6 Location - Kerala, Andhra Pradesh & Chennai Notice Period - Join immediately Interview Type - Face-to-Face Roles & Responsibilities : Channel Developme ntIdentify and recruit potential channel partners (installers, dealers, EPCs) for rooftop solar system s.Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure alignment with company goal s.Expand and strengthen the partner network across assigned territorie s.Sales & Revenue Generati onDrive sales through the channel network by providing regular product and pricing updates, training, and suitable go-to-market strategie s.Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth from assigned territorie s.Support channel partners in identifying new business opportunities and market expansio n.Training & Suppo rtConduct product and sales training programs for channel partner s.Support partners with technical knowledge, proposals, and deal closure s.Ensure partners are updated on product offerings, pricing, and sales initiative s.Market Developme ntGather market intelligence and competitor activity and provide feedback to internal team s.Organize and participate in local trade shows, exhibitions, and partner engagement event s.Promote rooftop solar products and solutions in the assigned regio n.Performance Monitori ngTrack channel performance metrics including sales volume, lead conversion, and partner productivit y.Evaluate channel partner performance and implement corrective actions where require d.Monitor territory performance and support growth initiative s.Coordinati onWork closely with internal teams including Engineering, Operations, and Finance to ensure smooth project execution and partner satisfactio n.Coordinate logistics, order fulfillment, and post-sales support activitie s.Ensure timely communication and issue resolution between channel partners and internal stakeholder s.Key Requirement s:Minimum 4 years of experience in channel sales within the solar industr y.Strong understanding of rooftop solar systems including On-Grid, Off-Grid, and Hybrid solution s.Proven experience in developing and managing dealer/distributor network s.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skill s.Willingness to travel across assigned territorie s.
