Location : Andheri Office MIDC Mumbai Experience : 3-12 yrs experience Industry : Cybersecurity, DevSecOps, IT Infrastructure, GRC Remuneration: upto 12 Lacs fixed + variable Key Responsibilities: · Sales Strategy Leadership : Develop, implement, and lead innovative sales strategies targeting large enterprises across Region. · Market Expertise : Leverage deep knowledge of the regional market to identify high-value opportunities in the Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, GRC, and Audit space. · Revenue Generation : Own and drive the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, with a focus on high-revenue accounts. · Business Development : Establish and grow long-term relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within large enterprises. · Networking & Relationship Building : Utilize your strong network of industry contacts and connections to open doors and position the company as a leader in the market. · Team Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams (including marketing, delivery, and operations) to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction. · Negotiation & Closing : Handle complex negotiations, crafting bespoke solutions that meet client needs while maintaining profitable margins. · Reporting & Forecasting : Provide accurate sales forecasts, detailed performance reports, and insights into the competitive landscape. · Key Requirements: · Minimum 6+ of experience in sales and business development in the Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, or GRC space. · Proven Success : A track record of successfully driving revenue and growth with large enterprise clients in Mumbai · Strong Network : Well-established connections with decision-makers in large enterprises, including CISOs, CIOs, and senior leadership. · Strategic Thinking : Ability to build and execute sales strategies that cater to the unique needs of high-value clients. · Leadership : A self-starter with the ability to make independent decisions and drive initiatives forward without supervision. · Market Knowledge : Deep understanding of the regional market, its challenges, and opportunities, with a strong sense of competitive intelligence. · Results-Oriented : A relentless focus on achieving sales targets and high revenue generation. · Relationship Builder : Strong interpersonal skills to engage with senior stakeholders and develop lasting partnerships.
