Software Engineering Manager

Talent Groups are leading the search for a Software Engineering Manager-ZTSA for a global security leader. The manager will lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and evaluation of Zero Trust Secure Access. This requires experience with security architecture, large-scale SaaS systems, and data-driven infrastructure, and requires strong technical depth, proven people leadership, and the ability to work cross-functionally. To be immediately and seriously considered for this exceptional career opportunity, you must have the following: Lead the design and continuous evolution of cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS architectures for Zero Trust Secure Access (ZTSA), ensuring high availability, resiliency, and scalability. Provide technical oversight and direction across projects, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and delivery of high-quality, production-ready solutions. Own and drive key architectural decisions across data ingestion, storage, processing, and analytics to support large-scale security telemetry and policy enforcement. Own end-to-end delivery of product features and platform capabilities, executing with Agile and DevOps best practices.
