Software Engineer (Full-Stack) — Pensions & Investments Industry : FinTech / Investment Platform Stack : TypeScript, React, Node.js, AWS Office : Bristol (remote first - hybrid) Salary : Up to £70k + up to 20% bonus A household name in the UK investment space - one of the country's most trusted platforms for private investors, with decades of history behind them. This isn't a startup. But the role has that greenfield energy you don't always get at a company this size. They're building out a brand new squad within their pensions and retirement product. New team, new product, and one that consistently gets the best internal feedback when review season comes around. The roadmap is full, the ambition is there, and they've got the resources to back it up. The role is true full-stack TypeScript - React on the front, Node.js and AWS in the back - and they want someone who's genuinely comfortable moving between the two as demand shifts. TDD, CI/CD, trunk-based development - if those are part of how you already work, you'll slot straight in. Ideal profile: 4+ years of full-stack TypeScript experience, strong fundamentals across the stack, comfortable with AWS and someone who prioritises creating a nice culture within the squad.
