Software Engineer - Javascript / TypeScript | React | 3-6 Years | Backend Exposure

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a strong Software Engineer with deep frontend expertise in React and JavaScript/TypeScript , along with practical experience working on backend systems and APIs. This is a frontend-heavy engineering role , where you will build production-grade web applications, contribute to frontend architecture and performance, and own features end-to-end. The ideal candidate should also be comfortable working across the backend when required — building or modifying APIs, working with Node.js or another backend stack, databases, authentication and debugging issues across the application stack.

Key Responsibilities Build and deliver scalable, production-grade web applications using React, JavaScript and TypeScript . Own meaningful features and modules end-to-end , from technical design through development, testing, deployment and production support. Contribute to frontend architecture, component design, performance optimisation and scalability .

Build, integrate and modify APIs and backend services as required. Work with Node.js or other backend technologies , databases and authentication systems. Debug and resolve issues across frontend and backend systems.

Write clean, maintainable and well-tested production code. Participate in architecture and technical design discussions. Work closely with product, design and engineering teams to deliver robust solutions.

Take ownership of production issues, perform root-cause analysis and implement sustainable fixes. Work independently with limited hand-holding and drive features to completion. Required Skills & Experience 3–6 years of relevant software engineering experience .

Strong hands-on expertise in React, JavaScript and TypeScript . Strong understanding of modern frontend architecture and web application development. Experience with frontend performance optimisation and production debugging .

Practical experience working with REST APIs and backend services . Exposure to Node.js or another backend technology . Working knowledge of databases, authentication and server-side development .

Experience debugging issues across both frontend and backend. Good understanding of testing practices and production engineering . Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on ownership and execution.

Can troubleshoot issues across the frontend and backend. Understand performance, scalability and reliability considerations. Follow good testing and engineering practices.
