Job Description
Job Responsibilities Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems Design, build, and operate scalable batch/streaming pipelines for the Securities Services Data Lake Deploy and manage agentic AI/LLM and ML services; automate training, inference, and feature pipelines Develop APIs/microservices to expose data and ML capabilities to business applications Build and optimize training/serving infrastructure for performance, reliability, and cost Establish observability (monitoring, logging/tracing, data quality, drift, alerting) and track SLOs Manage data/model lifecycle (registries, artifacts, rollbacks, canary/blue‑green releases) Creates secure and high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems Gathers, analyzes, synthesizes, and develops visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets in service of continuous improvement of software applications and systems Add to team culture of opportunity, inclusion, diversity and respect Contributes to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologies Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience Hands‑on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability Proficient in coding in one or more languages; Java/Python/Spark/SQL Expertise in Cloud Technologies like AWS Strong knowledge and experience of AI and Machine Learning systems and techniques Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security Demonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.) Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Experience with Databricks Establish observability (monitoring, logging/tracing, data quality, drift alerting) and track SLO's Familiarity with modern front‑end technologies Benefits We offer a competitive total rewards package including base salary determined based on the role, experience, skill set and location.
