About the Role

Key Responsibilities Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications.

Responsibilities

• Work on ITSM modules – Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog.
• Configure and maintain CMDB, CIs, and relationships.
• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Workflows/Flow Designer.
• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in ITSM and CMDB
• Good knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
• Experience with ServiceNow workflows/Flow Designer
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow CSA/CAD/CIS certification.
