Software Engineer

Level 2/3 ServiceNow Practitioner — Defence

Eolas Solutions is looking for a Level 2/3 ServiceNow practitioner to start immediately in support of work in Defence.

This is a full-time, confirmed position, not a talent-pool or market-testing exercise.

Location: Canberra

Security clearance: Current NV1 or higher

Start date: Immediate

Total remuneration: $160,000–$180,000 including superannuation

The role requires someone who can:

• Work at Level 2/3 with limited direction and take ownership of delivery outcomes


• Configure, develop and maintain ServiceNow capabilities


• Translate business and technical requirements into practical platform solutions


• Investigate and resolve complex platform issues


• Support testing, deployment, documentation and knowledge transfer


• Work directly with Defence stakeholders and delivery teams

Applicants must have:

• Demonstrated ServiceNow delivery experience


• Experience working in Defence


• Current NV1 security clearance at minimum


• Strong stakeholder engagement and written communication skills


• The ability to work in Canberra

Relevant ServiceNow certifications will be viewed favourably.
