Your Role As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that support our operational and commercial objectives. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll help deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and test secure software solutions (primarily Azure Functions in .NET/C#) Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise application performance Support a small number of legacy applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions Participate in code reviews and uphold performance, security, and reliability standards Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement in tools and processes About You We’re looking for someone who combines technical capability with a proactive and collaborative mindset: Strong communicator and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and professionalism Discreet, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Skills & Experience Experience with Microsoft Azure or similar cloud platforms Familiar with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of containerisation, e.g. Docker and Kubernetes Experience with .NET/C# (preferred) What We Offer You’ll be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, working on meaningful projects that make a real impact.
