Software Development t Senior Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION Req ID: 355312 We are currently seeking a Software Development t Senior Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN). Location: Hyderabad (potentially remote). Must haves: 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst/BI professional in an enterprise organization.

Extensive experience creating reports for C-Level executives and stakeholders. Extensive experience in working with Senior Stakeholders, ability to break down and comprehend requirements Highly proficient in Reporting tools like Tableau, QlikView or Power BI Experience with SQL – ability to create, interpret and revise queries and design efficient data models Experience in create ETL/ELT workflows using custom ETL tools or custom programming languages like Python Thorough experience with data manipulation, interpretation, analyzing trends/themes and providing possible resolutions. Highly proficient in Excel (incl. advanced formulas macros) and PowerPoint Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Able to work in high pressure tight deliverable situations to perform statistical analysis for use by senior leadership and audit teams Plusses: Experience in financial services in a technology focused role Strong understanding of technology Incident, problem or change management. Experience with ServiceNow as a technology Incident and problem management tool. Experience working with LLM for data analysis.

Data science/ modeling knowledge also a plus Experience with cloud-based Warehouses like Snowflake, ,BigQuery, Databricks, etc. Experience with tools like Alteryx, Power Platform, etc. Work with developers to build and automate dashboards to meet senior leadership needs (like transform the data into dashboards so we don’t have to do it manually) Bachelors degree in a relevant field.

Day to day: The candidate will be sitting within the Enterprise Technology Operations Client response services hub within the organisation and be a part of a global team focused on Incident and change management. The chosen candidate will be involved in generating incident and change management reports for the firm and evolving them to become more automated. These reports will showcase the trends and themes related to incident and change that occur globally across the firm, as well as, time to detect, time to mitigate, threshold and findings/justification for these incidents etc.

Additionally, the chosen candidate will also be involved in creating a monthly threshold pack for C-suite executive review. As such, this role requires the candidate to have in-depth analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
