Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor software development teams developing full-stack and cloud-native solutions across core applications, platforms, and AI/ML services. Foster a culture of experimentation, collaboration, and rapid delivery while maintaining a strong technical foundation.
Partner with product, data, and infrastructure leaders to identify opportunities where intelligent automation and data-driven insights can enhance business value. Define and drive DevOps and platform engineering best practices - from CI/CD automation to observability and cloud optimization. Ensure engineering quality through design reviews, performance metrics, and continuous feedback loops.
Balance hands-on technical involvement with coaching, goal-setting, and long-term team development. Deliver outcomes incrementally, learning and iterating quickly to keep pace with business and technology evolution. Qualifications & Skills Skill evaluation: Behavioral (80%) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in engineering management or technical leadership.
Proven success in building and scaling engineering teams in dynamic, fast-moving environments. Solid understanding of cloud architecture (Azure, AWS, or GCP), platform engineering, and DevOps toolchains. Experience with AI/ML-driven solutions or data-intensive systems is a strong plus.
