Software Development Engineer, Lead Management and Account-Based Marketing Tech Amazon Web Services seeks an experienced engineering leader to design, build, and maintain a high‑scale platform that ingests, enriches, scores, and routes customer leads to AWS Sales teams. This role drives the end‑to‑end technology solution, collaborates with global stakeholders, and mentors a high‑performing team of developers. Key Responsibilities Design and implement a scalable end‑to‑end technical architecture using AWS tools, APIs, and Redshift.

Deliver validated conceptual architecture and prioritize architectural enablement work items. Evaluate the technical feasibility of features and define migration plans from current to future states. Define environment setup and establish continuous integration/continuous delivery standards.

About the Team The AWS Marketing Lead Management team is a fast‑growing, innovative group focused on driving AWS sales growth through data‑driven lead management and account‑based marketing. Basic Qualifications 3+ years of professional software development experience. 2+ years of design or architecture experience for new and existing systems. 1+ year of software engineering experience with C#, C++, Java, or Perl. 1+ year of designing large‑scale, multi‑threaded, distributed applications. Object‑oriented design experience.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics. Experience programming with at least one software programming language. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Strong design and implementation experience, deep knowledge of web services, protocols, and distributed systems architecture. Benefits and Salary Base salary range: 143,700.00 – 194,400.00 USD annually (Seattle, WA).
