Job Title: Software Development Analyst - VBA Macro, C#, .Net, SQL, Selenium Job Description: We are seeking a highly analytical and technical Software Development Analyst specializing in VBA & VBScript. In this role - design, develop, and support high-impact automation solutions that drive operational efficiency. Core Responsibilities Analyze complex business and technical requirements to design, develop, and deploy robust VBA, VBScript, Selenium, C#, .Net and Automation tools.

Create, maintain, and optimize scripts to streamline data handling, reporting, and repetitive business processes. Deliver reliable, high-quality applications through rigorous debugging and performance tuning to ensure a seamless user experience. Proactively troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues, identify root causes, and implement timely, permanent fixes.

Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all scripts, process flows, and troubleshooting protocols. Required Skills & Qualifications 3–5 years of professional experience focusing on VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) VBScript , C# and .Net . Deep proficiency in Microsoft Office automation (Excel, Access, Outlook).

Working knowledge of Python for automation and data processing. Experience with automation tools and exposure to AI/ML-based solutions . Proven track record of debugging, optimizing, and modernizing legacy codebases.

Strong working knowledge of SQL databases and advanced data manipulation techniques. Familiarity with automation within Windows and Citrix environments. Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications Professional experience focusing on VBA, VBScript C# and .Net Experience with advanced automation frameworks (e.g., Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, UiPath). Exposure to AI-driven tools (e.g., chatbots, OCR, or intelligent automation platforms).
