Job Title Full Stack Developer (C#, .NET, Angular) Location Mississauga, Ontario, Canada Work Model Hybrid Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in C# and .NET to join our team focused on real‑time communication for the web. In this role you will work closely with cross‑functional teams—including backend developers, frontend engineers, and DevOps—to build and optimize real‑time communication solutions. You will develop both client‑side and server‑side components, ensuring seamless interaction and high performance. What You’ll Do Develop innovative solutions to tackle industry challenges Write well‑designed, scalable, reliable, testable, and reusable code using best practices and SOLID principles Provide technical guidance on research and development of new products and services Contribute to the entire development lifecycle: analysis, design, implementation, and testing Detect, report, investigate, and fix product defects Write unit and integration tests to automate quality assurance Maintain high standards of quality for code, technical documentation, and deliverables Lead the implementation of web solutions in C# and .NET Collaborate with an all‑star team through code reviews and design discussions Participate in brainstorming and idea‑generation activities Stay up‑to‑date with advanced technologies to provide the best solutions for new projects Qualifications Minimum 4 years of industry experience building front‑end and back‑end components of web applications Minimum 4 years of experience developing with C# and .NET Good understanding of software design patterns Experience with data modeling and storage in relational databases, preferably SQL Versatility in front‑end and back‑end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Angular, Node.js, REST APIs, JSON Experience or strong interest in agile methods (Scrum, XP, BDD, Continuous Delivery) Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience Use of Artificial Intelligence in Hiring The company uses AI tools to support parts of the recruitment process, such as reviewing resumes, screening qualifications, and generating interview questions.
