Software Developer / Systems Engineer

Position Summary:

Agile Business Concepts is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer/ System Engineer to support mission-critical Federal and Intelligence Community programs. The ideal candidate will have experience designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable web applications and intelligence-analysis solutions using modern full-stack technologies and cloud-native architectures. Agile delivers IT, cybersecurity, cloud, software engineering, and data analytics solutions to Federal, DoD, and Intelligence Community customers.

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications supporting intelligence and mission-critical operations.
• Develop backend services using Python, Java, C++, PostgreSQL, and AWS SQS.
• Build modern front-end applications using React, Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Design intuitive user interfaces following modern UI/UX and web accessibility standards.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and cloud-native applications.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and manage source code with GitHub.
• Build, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience developing full-stack applications using Python, Java, and/or C++.
• Hands-on experience with React or Angular, PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and GitHub.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, cloud-native development, REST APIs, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience supporting Federal Government, DoD, or Intelligence Community programs.
• Experience with AWS cloud services, DevSecOps, and secure software development practices.
• Active Security Clearance (preferred)
