• Design,build, and deploy AI solutions that improve user experience and automateinsurance workflows
  
• Leveragetechnologies like RAG, semantic search, and speech AI for real-timeadvisor-client interactions
  
• Collaborateacross teams to integrate features, analyze data, and improve platformperformance
  
• Ensurecode quality, cloud scalability, cybersecurity, and data privacycompliance
  
• Stay up to date with the latest in AI/ML,and contribute to documentation, testing, and system optimization
  
• Designand develop AI models and algorithms to improve user experience andoperational efficiency.
  
• Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our existingsystems.
  
• Analyzelarge datasets to derive insights and inform decision‑making processes.
  
• Ensurescalability and performance of AI applications within the cloudenvironment.
  
• Stayupdated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to AI andmachine learning.
  
• Assistin the development, testing, and deployment of new features for ourinsurance platform.
  
• Supportdata analysis, system integration, and automation tasks to improvebusiness processes.
  
• Participatein code reviews, QA testing, and product feedback sessions.
  
• Documenttechnical processes and contribute to the improvement of internal systems.
  
• Assistin maintaining cybersecurity protocols and ensuring data privacycompliance.
  
• designing,coding, and evaluating software applications to meet user and businessrequirements
  
• debuggingand troubleshooting software issues to ensure smooth functionality andperformance
  
• collaboratingwith designers, PMs (project managers), and other developers to build andimprove applications
  
• maintainingand optimizing code for efficiency, scalability and security
  
• writingand maintaining technical documentation for future reference and teamcollaboration
  
• remainingcurrent with best practices and emerging technologies to improvedevelopment processes
  

Requirements

Proven experience as an AI Architect or in asimilar role, with a strong portfolio of successful AI projects

Experience working with big data technologiesand frameworks like Apache Spark

Familiarity with cloud platforms— especiallyAWS—for deploying and managing AI solutions

Solid understanding of database designprinciples and best practices in data management
