Software Developer Location: Chantilly, VA (On-site) Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph We are seeking an experienced Software Developer to join our team supporting mission-critical programs. The ideal candidate has strong Java development experience, hands‑on work with search platforms like Solr, and experience building scalable big data and cloud‑based solutions. This role is part of a collaborative development environment with a strong emphasis on code quality, peer review, and automated testing.

Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy Java‑based applications in production environments Build and support scalable big data solutions and data processing pipelines Work with search technologies, including Solr, to support data indexing and retrieval Develop and deploy cloud‑based applications and services Participate in a rigorous pull request process including peer code reviews and strong unit test coverage Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable, high‑quality software Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience developing and deploying Java applications in production environments (building applications from the ground up, not just maintenance or minor updates) At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with Solr Minimum 2 years of experience developing and deploying big data solutions , including: Hadoop or Spark HBase Minimum 2 years of experience developing and deploying cloud‑based solutions (please include cloud technologies used) Experience working in a development environment that includes code reviews, pull requests, and strong unit testing practices Desired Qualifications AWS Developer Certification #J-18808-Ljbffr
