Software Developer Expert

Salary: $104,000 - 208,000 per year

• Were looking for software engineers with 1–3 years of professional experience in a full-time or equivalent role.
• You should have strong command of at least one modern programming language and its surrounding ecosystem.
• You need the ability to independently define, build, and deliver features or fixes.
• A solid grasp of core software engineering concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and system design, is required.
• We expect a bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience working across multiple parts of the stack, such as frontend, backend, APIs, or infrastructure, is preferred.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows, and collaborative development tools is a plus.
• Exposure to cloud environments and deployment platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is advantageous.
• A track record of contributing to open source or building independent software projects is a strong bonus.

• We want you to design, implement, and deliver clean, well-tested code across a range of projects and tech stacks.
• Youll debug, refactor, and improve existing codebases for speed, maintainability, and scalability.
• Youll take part in code reviews, giving and applying constructive technical feedback.
• Youll collaborate asynchronously on specifications, architecture choices, and implementation planning.
• Youll document code, APIs, and technical approaches in a clear and reproducible way.
