Software Analyst

Job Title Software Analyst - Expert Responsibilities Daily tasks include but are not limited to the following: Ensure the business requirements are elicited from Business Owners and Key Stakeholders. Ensure requirements are communicated, documented, addressed and, if approved, included in future project plans. Coordinate the development of test plans and testing with the Project Technical Lead.

Mandatory Qualifications 84 months experience eliciting and analyzing stakeholders' business needs and converting them into verified and validated functional and non-functional requirements for development. 84 months experience creating and maintaining software development artifacts, including context diagrams, use cases, swim lane diagrams, report specifications, wireframes, user interface specifications, and non-functional requirements specifications. 84 months experience leading requirements elicitation meetings and practicing effective communication to ensure requirements are understood, conveyed, and met. 72 months experience managing requirements throughout the Requirements Management Lifecycle, including creation and execution of a Requirements Management Plan, requirements traceability, establishing baselines, and managing change control. 72 months experience creating test plans and test cases and working with users on User Acceptance Testing. 36 months experience working on Health Care systems. CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).
