Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Social Media Manager.
The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging channels relevant to luxury skincare. Responsibilities include developing a cohesive social media calendar, partnering with the creative and R&D teams to translate clinical concepts into engaging content, and managing day-to-day posting, community engagement, and responses. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, optimizing content for reach and engagement, coordinating influencer and creator collaborations, and staying current with beauty, skincare, and social media trends.
The Social Media Manager will work closely with brand, design, and product teams to ensure consistent storytelling and a strong brand voice across all channels. Qualifications Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), including platform-native best practices and analytics use. Experience in Content Strategy, with the ability to build and execute structured social media calendars and campaigns.
Excellent Writing and Communication skills, with a clear, brand-aligned tone and the ability to simplify scientific concepts. Prior experience managing brand social channels, preferably in beauty, skincare, wellness, or consumer brands. Familiarity with basic design and media tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, or similar) and comfort working with designers, photographers, and videographers.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics, A/B test content, and iterate based on insights. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, collaborate across teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
