Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in Bengaluru. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and managing social media content strategies to grow the brand’s online presence. Key tasks include planning and scheduling posts, optimizing content for various platforms, creating engaging written content, monitoring social media campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with other teams to ensure brand consistency. What You'll do. Plan and execute content across Instagram & other platforms Stay on top of trends, reels, and viral formats Build and manage a content calendar Ideate + shoot + execute engaging content Be comfortable being on camera (important) Work closely with the team on shoots & campaigns What we're looking for: Prior experience in social media (brand or personal — both count) Strong understanding of trends, reels, and content formats that perform Creative mindset with strong ideation and storytelling skills Confident on camera with clear communication.
