About the Role We’re looking for a motivated Social Media Manager who is eager to learn, experiment, and grow in the world of Social Media.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content, social media, ads, and performance marketing and wants hands-on startup exposure. What You’ll Do Plan and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals Manage, schedule, and optimize content across social media platforms Create engaging posts, write compelling captions, and coordinate creatives with the design team Monitor and optimize paid social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) Track performance metrics, analyze insights, and generate reports to improve results Stay updated with trends and implement innovative ideas to grow audience engagement Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging What We’re Looking For Understanding of social media & digital marketing Knowledge of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or Google Ads Interest in content creation and online advertising Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to meet deadlines and work independently Willingness to learn and accept feedback Bonus Skills Familiarity with influencer marketing or collaborations Familiarity with AI-based marketing tools Curious, proactive, and growth-oriented mindset Experience with social media tools (scheduling, analytics, etc.) Copywriting or content creation experience Knowledge of social media trends and algorithms Experience running or assisting with paid ad campaigns Perks Hands-on experience with real marketing campaigns Learning-focused environment with mentorship Strong portfolio and experience for future roles Job Details Role: Social Media Manager Location: SCO 355, 2nd Floor, Mughal Canal, Karnal, Haryana-132001 Salary: 15,000 per month.
