Social Media Manager — Osho Himalayas Wellness Resort Palampur, Himachal Pradesh (on-site) | Full-time | Salary:40k Negotiable

We‘re a boutique spiritual wellness retreat in the Dhauladhar foothills, and we‘re looking for someone to own our entire social media and content function — not just post, but lead it.

What you‘ll do

• Own the full social calendar across Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook — strategy, planning, publishing, and performance
• Lead and manage the in-house content team (shooters, editors, coordinators) — assign work, review output, hold deadlines
• Shoot on location: reels, guest stories, wellness sessions, property and nature footage
• Edit video end-to-end (Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut) — reels, YouTube long-form, podcast cuts
• Build and run the content pipeline: monthly plan → shoot schedule → edit → publish → report
• Track reach, engagement, saves, and leads generated; report performance monthly and act on it
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team so content actually feeds bookings

What we‘re looking for

• 3–5 years managing social media, preferably in hospitality, wellness, travel, or lifestyle
• Genuinely strong at both shooting and editing — this is a hands-on role, not just a supervisory one
• Proven track record of growing an account organically (bring your numbers)
• Ability to lead a small team and keep a production calendar moving
• Comfortable living and working in the hills — this role is on-site, not remote
• Bonus: understanding of meditation, yoga, or wellness culture; Hindi + English fluency
