Position: Social Media Manager Location: Friends Colony, New Delhi Experience: 2–5 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Description: We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Manager to manage brand presence, content strategy, and social media execution across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. • Plan, create, and maintain monthly content calendars. • Coordinate with designers, video editors, content writers, and production teams for content execution. • Develop content strategies aligned with brand goals and audience interests. • Monitor trends, viral content, and platform updates to keep content relevant. • Schedule and publish content consistently across platforms. • Track engagement, reach, and performance metrics and share insights. • Manage community engagement, comments, messages, and audience interactions. • Assist in campaign planning and execution. • Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels. • Generate creative ideas for reels, posts, stories, and campaigns. • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of content. Required Skills: • Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms. • Experience in content planning and content strategy. • Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube marketing. • Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting. • Strong communication and coordination skills. • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Creative thinking with attention to detail. • Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment preferred.
