The RoleWorking closely with the Social Media Manager, you'll play a key role in managing and growing the company's online presence. From creating eye-catching content to analysing campaign performance, you'll be involved in every stage of the social media journey.
No two days will be the same as you collaborate with internal teams, support exciting campaigns, and identify new opportunities to connect with audiences and enhance brand engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day management of social media channels across multiple platforms.
- Create engaging written, graphic, and video content that captures audience attention.
- Research and utilise emerging social media platforms and trends.
- Optimise content to improve visibility and engagement.
- Encourage audience interaction and help grow online communities.
- Support the planning and delivery of larger social media campaigns and projects.
- Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for growth.
- Generate fresh and innovative content ideas.
- Analyse campaign performance using social media and analytics tools.
- Prepare reports and provide insights into campaign success.
- Support strategies designed to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
- Assist in developing influencer partnerships and promotional activities.
We're looking for someone who is creative, motivated, and genuinely passionate about social media and digital marketing.
You'll ideally have
- A strong understanding of major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively to deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Strong IT skills and an analytical mindset.
- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies, software, and industry trends.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, or similar.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and paid social advertising.

Working Hours
Temporary to permanent following a porbationary period.
Monday to Friday 08:45am - 5:30pm
